Hoima Diocese External Residents association – HOIDERA is a religious grounded association borne of the need for people who come from Hoima catholic diocese resident in the diaspora particularly Kampala and it neighborhood to congregate.
HOIDERA strives to achieve holistic human growth of its members. In an effort to achieve this goal, HOIDERA Executive has proposed a strategic plan.
This strategic plan is an initiative and leadership tool for the executive team that has been entrusted the leadership of the association for the period 2014 –2016.
“The strategic plan highlights the desired future positioning of Hoidera, the strategic direction to achieve these aspirations and action planning for the two years of our mandate. The plan is set that it will also guide future leaders in the medium term of Hoidera,” the Hoidera executive states in the introduction to the Strategic Plan.
Dr. Vincent Bagire who led the development of the plan says it was developed with consultation from the Executive membership in a brainstorming session and will be presented to all HOIDERA members in November 2014 for further input and adoption.
